"My friend and I were looking for a place to watch the Raiders game and I suggested World of Beer because we went there a couple of weeks ago for the first time and loved our experience. As soon as we walked in, we were taken to our table and our server was Ally whom we had our first time and she was just as superb as our first time, if not better. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure our food, drinks, and experience was to our expectations. Ally is the best server I've had at any restaurant in YEARS and she needs to be recognized for her work and professionalism. I would give her a raise for her work. We ordered the German pretzel with beer cheese and we both enjoyed it. The saltiness of the pretzel with the cheese is awesome. The pretzel was even hot which I thought was cool. My friend got the fish and chips with tater tots and he said he enjoyed his meal. I ate a few tater tots and they were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like them. I got the IPA salmon which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The salmon was cooked beautifully, as well as the broccoli and potatoes. However, the potatoes and broccoli could have had a little more flavor, but no big deal. I thought the salmon was nice and juicy and melted in my mouth and I could taste the IPA in it. My friend then got a New Belgium Fat Tire beer and he said he liked it and I had some of his beer and enjoyed it as well. I didn't want any beer with alcohol, so Ally recommended a Mocktail Drink called the Flightless Dragon which had mint, strawberries, and club soda in it. I love mint and have a sweet tooth so I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you World of Beer for another fantastic experience that I will never forget. I'll definitely be back very soon. Keep up the great work Ally!"

"We visited this spot after to local spot didn't fall through. And like the other spot it was crowded, and due to football season. When you walk in, there is a sign to advise to seat yourself. Not a good thing for especially when we are still a pandemic, IMO. The indoor seating was pretty much full, so we had to sit outdoors, and there wasn't many good places to sit. Once we found a spot, we waited for a server. Sad, we noticed that there was only one server for the whole area. Our server, asked us if she could get us something to drink. We ordered waters with lemon. We were looking for menus, and then she placed a card in front of us and advised we had to scan with our phones to see the menu. (I do wonder what if someone doesn't have a phone to view the menu) So after checking the menu, I was hoping to order from their weekend menu, the bacon egg's benedict, but when we started to place our order, we were advised that the brunch items are not available once the game starts. It would've been handy if that was posted somewhere on their menu, sense we had to wait a minute for the server to return. I had to finally ask her to help us with the menu, since this was our first visit to the location. I can tell she was annoyed with us, and I beginning to feel the same way. I was already annoyed at how unclean the tables were, including the ladies room. There paper towels all over the floor, and the air dryer was out of order, plus the soap dispensers were malfunctioning. Finally, we placed our orders, we ordered the jumbo pretzel for starters and then I had the BYOB, with fried onions (not even fried onions, they were battered fried onions to be exact, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Chipotle barbecue sauce with Swiss, and hubby had the shrimp linguine. We ended up switching, since my burger was not appeasing nor deserve a good rating. I will say the burger was fresh, since I did cut a small piece from it, but here is where things went wrong, the cheese barely melted to the burger, there was hardly any sauce, since they charge you for every topping, the bacon was sadly so small and costly, and the fries, well re-fried. YES Refried old fries! Now hubby's dish, was tasty but very spicy and the shrimp was a tad salty. So I would've been nice if the server checked on the guests often. If this was the hype everyone talked about, I must have missed it."
