"We ended up leaving after an hour and fifteen minutes because our food never came. At around the mark, the manager let us know that the chef got sick and had to leave the restaurant but thought he would be coming back. From then on, the server just kept telling us more minutes. We gave up. As we were leaving, I told the manager I wish he had told us up front how long the wait really would have been and given us the choice to leave at that point. He then proceeded to argue with me saying that he told us there would be a delay. We phoned in orders to Burger Lounge and picked up our lunch to go from them. I might have tried going back if the manager hadn't argued with me in the end instead of just apologizing"
