"My husband, mother in law, and I dined at The Vallet House on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. David is an excellent host and cook. The dining room is recently remodeled. It is a very comfy and inviting space. We had a delicious dinner of potato and cauliflower soup, truffle and sundried tomato pasta, filet with asparagus, and blackberry cream pie. The wine list is great and caters to many tastes and price points. One note is that they are still working on signage so don't be surprised when your GPS tells you to pull off the main road, and it seems like you are in the wrong place. There is a photo of the house on Google, and it helped us realize we were at the restaurant. Overall, it was a lovely experience. I highly recommend dining at The Vallet House when in Hermann."
