"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, even though I don’t typically visit dessert shops. Everything I sampled had its own distinct flavor. If you're in the mood for a sugar rush, this is definitely the place to go! While the prices are on the higher side, I believe it’s worth it for the quality.
However, I took off one star due to the staff appearing overwhelmed. The restaurant was quite crowded, yet only three employees were working at the counters, with only one taking orders while also assisting with food preparation. They seemed understaffed for the evening, which resulted in some mix-ups with orders and slow service. This wasn't the workers' fault; I actually regretted not tipping more because they managed the pressure admirably. This might not be typical for them, but it was one of the few drawbacks I noticed during my visit.
Additionally, the restaurant's bright white lighting made it uncomfortable for eating, so be mindful if you have sensitive eyes. On a return visit, I found the milkshakes to be mostly just milk with a hint of flavoring, and even the whipped cream fell flat. We also had to wait 20-25 minutes. Because of this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back."
