"I’ve been here before and this time I must say I was very disappointed. Firstly, it was my daughter’s birthday and I asked in advance if they could surprise her at the table with a happy birthday song during dessert. They totally forgot and I had to excuse myself from the table to remind them. That’s not the worst part! My daughter asked for a soda and after drinking some we noticed the glass was very dirty with what looked like chocolate on the inside. Then when we got our food (remember we’ve been here before) the same things we ordered on our last visit, it wasn’t what we expected. My daughter had the chicken strips that were over cooked and hard, her onion rings were also cold. I originally wanted a philly cheese steak but they didn’t have any and only told us after we had already placed the order and waited 10 minutes, so I went for the the quesadillas which were poorly put together so everything that belonged on the inside was all over the plate. Overall we were disappointed and don’t think we will be returning to the cafe."

"I decided to stop by PBP's while waiting for my child to finish a birthday party. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and my experience was truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Barb, the bartender—she made my visit exceptional. From start to finish, she greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to satisfy my cocktail cravings. I must mention that her appletini was fantastic! She highly recommended the Southwestern Chicken Wrap, and I'm so glad I took her advice. Everything was served promptly, and I ended up loving every dish, each one better than the last, but I was completely satisfied with all of them. I should also mention the chicken and wild rice soup that accompanied my wrap (sorry, no photo), which was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"Great dinner! Let's get the evil out of the way. There was a sticker shock as the prices I had seen online were far lower than the actual price. They had no unsweetened tea, and the jukebox was loud. The Rueben sandwich is great! Thick, great bread, dressing on the side so you can get the perfect amount on it. It comes with a selection of Fritten ot-Tarts and while the Fritten are good, the tater-Tarts are from this world delicious! And you get a lot of it. Also, 2 dill pickle spears that were quite delicious. The service was a little slow, but not enough to make a real difference. The place was busy, and I think there were only two waitresses. If you want a crispy good Rueben with big perpetrator deaths, I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"We were seated immediately and provided with the lunch menu. I found it amusing that there was one page of food but several of beverages. Wed each found a different item to try. I was offered the opportunity to switch my fries for a salad but was not told there was an additional charge for the salad. Food arrived quickly as there was only one other table of diners there. We sampled Rockway wines as well. We weren't rushed and enjoyed watching the golfers from our window seat. Because there are so many fine restaurants in the area I might not choose Rockway when we visit the area but I would certainly recommend it to others.I am in a wheelchair and the facility is very accessible"

"Though we had a reservation there was no table reserved for us. Both the dining room and bar were full of golfers. There had been a storm and they needed to leave the course. The serving staff had not put reserved signs on a table for non golfers. One table of golfers did offer to split their table so we could dine. The food was ok but not as good as past visits. It certainly isn’t the fine dining experience it was on past visits. No longer table cloths or cloth napkins. The server did try her best to keep up with the crowd. Though we enjoyed it in the past we won’t return. If you are looking for a casual meal the restaurant is fine but no longer a place to celebrate a special occasion vb"
