"We had a good experience at this restaurant in the past, but during a recent visit, we were disappointed. We happened to be in the area and decided to order takeout—specifically, the Hunan beef. Unfortunately, it was not the same as we remembered. There was very little beef, and it was missing all the vegetables except for an excessive amount of broccoli. When we called the restaurant to address the issue, the manager was rude and offered no solution other than to return the dish. Since we live quite far away, he said that if we didn't come back, we would have to keep the food. This level of service is not what we experienced before. I plan to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau."
