"We went for breakfast. We were told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, meanwhile 5 different families had finished and left. When we were seated the hostess brought us water and coffee and said the waitress would be with us soon. We waited 7 minutes and noticed that people that were seated after us were giving their food orders to their waitress. No one had come to our table. I then went to the hostess and asked here if we even had a waitress since no one had come and others were being attended. She said she was going to check on it. We had been there for a total of 35 minutes hoping for breakfast, needless to say we left. The restaurant was half empty. They need more people and better service."
