"We had an excellent experience with customer service at the restaurant. We started with the pot sticker appetizer, then enjoyed the sizzling flat iron steak, erdbeer henny, and Barbados rum punch. My daughter had the monster mozzarella sticks, and we shared a delicious rainbow cake for dessert. It was a wonderful time spent with my family!"

"The Half Rack of Fridays Big Ribs Apple Butter BBQ were delicious but not worth it. Now size generally doesnt matter but for this review it does. Im a small 51 108 pound woman and half a rack of ribs is always too much food for me to ever finish at any other restaurant but not here I ate the whole half rack still hungry. The ribs were paper thin you can nearly see the full bone through the top as theres very little meat covering it and yes its falling off the bone not because its tender but because theres no meat to cling to the bone theres literally the width of the end of this plastic fork between each rib leaving not much actual meat to enjoy. Although it wasnt filling it and I personally dont believe its worth the price it still was very enjoyable and the bbq flavor was there"

"I was worried that, being almost 10 PM on a Wednesday night, the salad would feature wilted, rusty-looking lettuce and lackluster toppings. Luckily, I had no reason to be concerned! The steak was tender and the portion size made the salad worth every penny. Despite it being late for dinner, the greens were vibrant and fresh. The bacon crumbles were perfectly crisp and toasty, and the avocado was surprisingly good considering it was right next to the hot steak. Overall, the salad delivered fantastic flavor and a generous portion."

"I'm giving this Friday's in the palisades mall 2 stars simply because of the front of the house staff, specifically my server Alexa her coworkers they were great but sadly there was nothing they could do to make up for the horrible food. The whiskey sampler platter for apps came out extremely over cooked and when Alexa brought out some new shrimp they were under cook, like completely raw. That should've been enough for us but our servers great demeanor gave us hope and then our entrees came nothing tasted good. Burger , chicken tenders, steak and lobster everything was trash! I love Fridays so I was extremely disappointed, I do have hope that management will find some great kitchen staff because such a great location should not be dropping the ball this hard."

"TGI Fridays was a place to grab a meal. I feel like the quality has definitely gone downhill. I stopped in during a down time. The temperature inside was a little warm. The server had multiple tables but never came back to see if we needed a refill on our drinks. The area where we were sitting had multiple fruit flies which was a little annoying while trying to eat. Definitely not the quality of TGI Fridays I remember. The cheeseburger was good, but it felt like they threw a handful of fries on the plate."

"Friendly greet and seated promptly. It was an early lunch but waitress had many tables to serve. She did an excellent job. The food is tasty. The manager stopped by at the end to ask about our experience. We had joined the club so we receive points for dining then you can redeem them for free food which we did this time."

"The ribs were tough and dry. The chicken tenders were more like tiny pieces of popcorn chicken, and the pasta was not enjoyable. The mashed potatoes were also dry and hard, while the bacon cheese was overcooked and tough. The "steamed" broccoli was softer than the mashed potatoes but lacked flavor and cheese sauce. The fish was burnt and sauceless, and our breadsticks were replaced with hard pretzel sticks. Even the cherry lime-aid was disappointing, with small pieces of ice, Sprite, and sour lemon juice. Overall, the experience was a waste of money and I would not return."

"We sat there for almost an hour. They seated us took 15min to take our drink order they took our appetizer order then 5 min later they come back because they forgot to ask if we wanted traditional or boneless then when they brought us the appetizer the girl was not our waitress but she had a nasty attitude she walked out in the middle of the aisle asking who had it and she had 2 of the sane she served us the wrong one but when she went to lay the tray down she stood there and gave us a disrespectful look to clear the table for her. When we realized she gave us the wrong one she had given us boneless and they were ice cold so apparently nobody there knows the difference between bone in and boneless and they serve not knowing what they're serving. When they took our order our waitress came back 10 min later and said she'd forgot to ask us how we wanted our steaks and what sauces we wanted....we told her our appetizer wasn't right she apologized and said she'd let them know 10min later the order hadn't been fixed our food hadn't come out so we got up and left.Overall their service sucked they weren't busy so they didn't have an excuse they're food was cold waitresses had bad attitudes nobody seemed like they knew how to do they're jobs. We will not be going back. And it's sad cuz my husband had taken me there for valentines and it was really good but we won't be going back after tonight was extremely disappointed and if I could I'd give a zero star."

"really bad. my steak was supposed to be medium, and it came extremely well done. it was supposed to come with a sauce, but the steak was dry and plain. and I ordered the new broccoli slaw, but it came with plain regular broccoli. Honestly, either go to the restaurant and sit down or make your own food. the quality when you order delivery is not worth the money at all."

"For the high price of the Cobb salad, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The salad had bacon bits instead of real bacon, was missing the egg and avocado, and the chicken was dry and tasted old, as if it had been reheated in a microwave. It also had a strange taste, as if it had been in contact with something else on the cutting board."

"I ordered the Just Krispy box, and even though it took 55 minutes for my order to arrive, the shrimp tempura was still crispy! I wasn't a big fan of the spicy tuna or hamachi, as I prefer whole pieces of fish rather than minced or blended. However, everything was quite tasty overall. I would definitely order from here again!"

"The packaging is really impressive, and the food is delicious. Everything in the order was excellent. If you enjoy wasabi or horseradish, I recommend asking for an extra packet or two. The suggestion inside the box to try ginseng and wasabi together is spot on. This is one of my favorite meals I've ordered from DoorDash, and it's a fantastic choice for someone who isn't very familiar with Japanese cuisine or doesn't eat it often."

"*SCAM ALERT NEVER EVER ORDER HERE* Absolute JOKE of a place. It is unacceptable that this restaurant exists as a legitimate establishment. DO NOT under any circumstances order food from here. It is a SCAM. The prices are outrageous already and the pictures are completely fraudulent. See my pictures for what it really looks like. Safeway sushi is better than this and better priced. Krispy Krunch box servings are TINY and pathetic looking. Compare my picture to the Door Dash menu picture. You get half the serving sizes. Rice was old and hard. Fish was not fresh. Rainbow Roll was not even cut all the way, all the nori wrap still attached and whole roll fell apart when we tried to pick one up. We are laughing at how utterly pathetic this is. How do these people sleep at night? Shameful. Stole $80 from us. Boxes are nice though. Must be where all the revenue goes. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. They didn't provide enough ginger soy sauce or wasabi, and they wouldn't let you ask for more. Everything was soggy, even though it's called crispy rice. There was no special sauce for the gyoza, and everything had an oddly unpleasant taste. The crab was not good, and neither was anything else. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. The only redeeming quality was the lemonade."

The phone number provided by UberEats was disconnected, and I had to get a refund from UberEats. It seems like this restaurant is not reliable. I recommend not wasting your lunch break like I did."
