"The food was good, the service excellent, the lunch noise acceptable. The only reason the only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is that we were seated at a 2 person table against the north wall right in the traffic pattern and the aisle is just too tight. People were constantly brushing up against my companion. Also, although the server was kind enough to offer a birthday dessert when he found out we were celebrating same, the bread pudding was way over-cooked and we could only eat the center."

"We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while so tonight we did for a early birthday dinner on a Tuesday evening it wasn't busy so we figured we would get fast service but that was not the case we arrived at 6:20pm we didn't leave until 8:25 not because we wanted to but because our waiter took so long bringing our drinks then appetizers then our main courses the food and drinks were good but not for the price, too much ice in the drinks I figured to make it look like your getting more drink than you really are and their bread pudding was awful that was not bread pudding it was a chocolate cinnamon mush with caramel don't think it was worth 250 for 3 people. We don't mind paying for great food drinks but there needs to be great service as well. So disappointed with this restaurant I really wanted to like it because it is so close to home."

"Overall great experience. Management was on the floor and checked in throughout the night unprompted. You can tell the food is made with quality ingredients by experienced chefs. Additionally, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The presentation of drinks and food are well thought out and notable. The ambience vibe is warm and I appreciate the attention to detail for customer needs, specially the table side purse rack. I would recommend for many occasion."

"We were so disappointed because we usually go to 400 Gradi when we attend events in the arts district. We are not sure if new management took over but when we arrived for our reservations our table was not ready. Which was not a big deal but we sat at the bar for 45 minutes while the host sat everyone that came in the door. After asking the host 3 times about our table he finally sat us but told us the kitchen was incredible backed up and our food would be delayed and our server was overwhelmed. Our server was overwhelmed, rude and not very knowledgeable. At one time he was standing in a corner trying to figure out his iPad. The food was terrible everything tasted as if it was frozen and then microwaved. We ordered our usually appetizers calamari and meatballs and they tasted as if they were frozen from a grocery store freezer section. I ordered the veal which I took 2 bites out of because it was the exact same freezer section. It was very embarrassing because my nephew was in town so we bragged on this place and how disappointing. I guess we will have to find a new restaurant when attending performance in the area."

"(NOT A FALSE REVIEW) I never write reviews but this was awful expensive experience because of their deceiving advertising. Their food images on Instagram/Facebook can not be trusted, be very careful ordering from this place I had high hopes based on their social media I now see they are mostly false. I can only speak about their cannolis not matching their online photos or any of their menu descriptions, so overpriced, nor do they taste good because they are not done correctly. Guess how many chocolate chips the poor quality cannolis I received had… ZERO. The owner was combative just rude. If they want to do right they should refund my order. Delivery took over an hour. So people BEWARE!!!… Also typical excuse for this owner to suggest I’m a fake customer or customer who just wants free food. I don’t know what world he lives in but I have payed $9 for a single cannoli. I guess I should pity them idk….. Read on below….P.S. According to the owner I’m rude please sir your response to my review is OOZING rudeness. You don’t even admit your menus on every site give incorrect descriptions. He’s also a liar I didn’t eat anything it went in the garbage. Good food is worth the money so I am always willing to pay up. In this case I was happy paying $9-$11for authentic Sicilian cannolis that’s what their menu claims, but NOT what they deliver. It is deceiving the customer. How dare he say pictures don’t matter if you truly believe that then erase all your social media food images you show to demonstrate you make good food. Since you claim pictures don’t matter, erase let’s see how many orders you get then?????? This owner can say or invent whatever he wishes doesn’t change the fact that I will never order again and hopefully others will be wary. Good luck to others who order!"
