"This place sucks I took my family of 5 here. They sat us at a booth instead of accommodating us with a larger table other families came in with less members and sat at bigger tables. It took our waitress way too long to come and get our drinks and our orders. My 4 year old was yelling about her food even... we waited for 30 mins for 3 burgers 2 mini burgers and chicken tenders ... there should have been no way it took that long .... and as we are sitting in this small space our babies stroller got kicked a few times with him in it... I'm a mother and any mom knows how hard it is to eat while taking care of your baby I was trying to eat my food before he woke up while waiting that 30 min that didn't happen..... Also while leaving I paid for the meal in full with cash as I'm gathering up my family to leave the waitress rushes up to me and is asking if everything was taken care of.. like I was about to dine and dash with a family of 5 like really I left the money on the table"

"We were looking for a local restaurant (not a national chain) to eat at during our day in Pittsburgh. I chose this place because my boyfriend is a huge fan of burgers, and he was absolutely thrilled. The kids really enjoyed their meals as well. I would definitely skip the chips as a side next time. Both my boyfriend and I ordered our burgers (elk and wagyu), and we loved them. We even treated ourselves to a milkshake for dessert. Our waitress was incredibly patient and took the time to explain our options—she provided excellent service! Will we return to the city? Definitely!"
