"We’ve been to Bourbon countless times, and there are many reasons why we keep coming back. But yesterday’s experience is that of a low tier restaurant!! This time, we were there to celebrate my son’s birthday (stated on reservation) 1- Check in with hostess was smooth, seated almost immediately 2- Ordered appetizers. Came quick and we’re tasty. 3- Entrees took forever and a day to arrive, and when they did, they were barely warm. We had ordered 4 kids’ filet mignon but only received 2. The latter was corrected by the manager 4- the waiter was no where to be found, had to get help from others and the manager. He showed up after we paid and were about to leave 5- Plates piled up as if you were at a buffet restaurant. 6- As for the birthday, it was not acknowledged at all, left my son disappointed. Unacceptable and not worthy of the Four Seasons brand."
