"The host was fantastic—definitely deserving of five stars! Unfortunately, the waitress was not up to par, earning only one star. We started off with drinks, and my Margarita tasted weak, like it came from a gallon jug. For our food, my wife ordered a shrimp salad but received grilled chicken instead, which we returned. When it finally came back, it was boiled crawfish meant for another table! Eventually, she received her popcorn shrimp on a salad. Throughout the meal, the waitress was missing in action, often outside on her phone. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in to provide us with refills and other needs. It’s disheartening to see staff on their phones while working—customer service is crucial in a restaurant! We usually tip the full amount these days, but she only received 15%."
