"This used to be our favorite place for a delicious Italian meal. Unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing. It began with our server flossing her teeth before coming to our table. When we mentioned it, she stepped back and claimed she had washed her hands. We couldn't help but be skeptical. Throughout the meal, the service was terrible, with wrong items being delivered that had to be reordered. The server even argued with us at one point and never asked us for drink orders at all. The manager eventually offered us each a glass of wine, but it didn’t make up for the overall experience."

"I'm a known sandwich and hoagie guy, and by far the best is here with the South Philly. I get oil and mayo, roasted red peppers and hot pepper spread on the deeded. It can't be beat. The Wiz Wit style cheesesteak is also freaking amazing. Both hit hard. I used to order a few times a week in my bigger days, now it's a cheat day favorite. The chicken wings are great wit or w/o sauce. This location doesn't have alot of dine in customers but ALOT of takeout/delivery."

"I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and decided to check out this place. From the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall, but once you step inside, you realize it’s the real deal. I visited with my older parents, and the staff was both patient and friendly. The cheesesteak sandwich was really tasty—not overcooked or greasy. If they offered fresh cuts, it would be perfect. I didn't pay much attention to the fries, but the sandwich definitely made up for it. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our meal."

"We have been eating here for years and have taken advantage of inside and outside seating as well as takeout. Phone calls to order take out are answered promptly and orders filled accurately. This is a very busy restaurant around for many years, so waiting for seating is to be expected. Personnel are courteous and anxious to meet the needs of the customers. "My wife and I stopped by today for lunch. We didn't get greeted upon coming in and then someone finally came over and said right this way. The waitress an older women seated us and walked away to attend to the patrons that were already seated prior to us. After several minutes another waitress or server which was a younger girl came over and asked if we wanted drinks before our waitress came to take our order. She brought us our drinks and said the waitress will be right with you. Several minutes past and we couldn't help but notice that our waitress was attending more to the regulars and elderly that were there, and literally made us feel like we weren't valuable. She was even greeting others that came in that were clearly regulars but we didn't get that same welcoming experience. She eventually attended to us but it wasn't a feeling like we were welcomed. It felt we were stereotyped and that's enough for us to not want to return. Food is delicious, and prices are excellent. Just not welcoming if your not elderly or a regular."

"They always have amazing food, we are never disappointed. Ordered online tonight because of course it’s Friday and they are one of the best in town so the line was super busy. When ordering online for their prices choose toast to order from, because other ordering ones that come up first before toast will charge you more. Thank you to the owner for letting us know. I appreciate it. Aside from that little mishap, which had me like this is crazy that these sites will put higher prices, I am glad to have found this little hole in the wall pizza place. The place is always jam packed, so that should speak for itself, but the kind workers and delicious food is a plus! Thank you again."
