"We had a reservation for 7 people at 6pm. Got there 10 minutes early. Waited outside till 6:45 to be seated, 45 minutes past reservation time. Waitress got us beverages, soup, salad. Seated waiting over an hour for a chef. The very overworked staff were pleasant and trying to make things smooth. The seating was crowded. I had a corner seat and my plate was partially off the table. Too many people made it too crowded to enjoy the meal. The noise was too much. We could barely talk to each other. I was not an AH to any staff. But management should do a better job of handling the waiting and overcrowding. Just because there is an event outside doesn't mean that people with reservations become sardines. From the lady at the counter when we checked in all the way till we left the staff was frantic trying to help everyone. I spent over $400 to feel crunched and rushed. The food was good but I won't wait 45 minutes again."
