"I am highly pissed!!!!!!!! I have frequented this establishment for several years now. It's the place my family go for burgers. We place the exact same order every time which totals 40 plus dollars for 3 hamburgers. After waiting 30 plus minutes on a call in order, tipping graciously for a call in order, and paying fifty cents each for blue cheese, I get Home to burgers burnt to a crisp. My wife and I decided to return the food for the first time in years. I showed the food to the attendant who took my order and she was like wow! I advised the management that I just wanted my money refunded. I was told if I were to get refunded I could never place another call in order ever again. Can we truly say Customer No Service! I've never experienced anything like this. I can truly say they will never get a shiny red cent from me ever again. I will also advise all of my friends who I send there to stop patronizing them as well. They had the audacity to pull up my order history and tell me what I've ordered each time and said it's the same thing we've preparedfor you each time. I can truly say I'm speechless!!!!!!"
