"If I could give this place a zero star rating, I absolutely would. The manager is incredibly rude to customers. Whenever there's even a minor issue, his first response is to yell, throw you out, or threaten to call the police. Most of the problems we encountered were common for a Subway, such as requesting extra vegetables or using a coupon, but he always addresses them in the most inappropriate manner. The female employee at the front seems unable to handle any issues on her own and is often seen calling him for help. If you can, I suggest avoiding this Subway franchise. You're likely to have a dreadful experience if that manager steps out from the back. Trust my advice, along with many other one-star reviews: do everything you can to stay away from this place. Honestly, I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes to Elmhurst just to avoid it."
