"My family and I always come to this one just cause it is so close to our house. Today we went and asked for cones (3- 2 medium and 1 large). The one medium cone was so sideways on the cone it fell on my lap as we left the parking lot. The large was the same size as the mediums. All were sloppy made they were dripping so badly on the way home! The one didn't even make the drive home!One plus was that they were nice and fast. But how they presented Dairy Queen was not so good. Kinda disappointed this time around"

"I downloaded the DQ smartphone app and received a free small Blizzard—what a nice surprise! I chose the Twix flavor, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The caramel bits froze in the soft serve, making them really hard. Lesson learned; I should have gone with my usual mint Oreo instead, haha. That said, the vanilla ice cream was still creamy and delicious, and the crunchy caramel bits made me take my time and truly enjoy my treat. I also enjoyed chewing on the chocolate pieces. The parking lot had plenty of space, and the service was quick and friendly at 5:30 PM on Wednesday after work. However, I did find it a bit challenging to turn left onto Algonquin out of the parking lot due to the heavy traffic."

"We were here Sat. afternoon, went to the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of us. We waited 17 minutes for our order (2 cheese burgers and small fry) almost 6 minutes at the window waiting for our food! We were on the road passing through the area, so we weren't going back, but the burgers had no condiments, my wife could only eat a third of hers because it was burnt mine the bun was falling apart. The fries were ok, overall the food was POORLY PREPARED SERVICE SUCKED. Not that we will be in the area again, but I would not go there again, I imagine the food at the gas station nextdoor would be BETTER"

"I dine here every week because it reminds me of my childhood. I usually order 4 to 6 chicken fingers, which are absolutely delicious, especially with the ranch dressing and fries. The service is consistently excellent! The bathroom and the restaurant are always clean, and the staff checks in to see if I need anything. I also love coming here for the root beer—I prefer it served in a cup rather than a mug, as I find that too unappealing. This place really has the best root beer around. I adore this restaurant and make it a point to visit every week for my food and root beer."
