"Listen I 'm all for that people make mistakes, we called and made reservations for 7, got there the host seated us, we had water and then around 7:15 another group came in. They got their order taken, I was like oh umm weird, around 7:20 still no waitress, around 7:28 a waitress asked the host, hey are these folks waited on? The host goes omg, im so sorry I forgot and that was the extent of that. A half hour of waiting, for nothing, good water I guess. Legit I get that mistakes happen but holy goodness."
