"I placed an online order for a 11:17 pickup. When I arrived at 11:15 to pick it up, the lobby was closed due to disaster relief. I am grateful for businesses providing disaster relief, but my order was not ready until 12:47. I live in another town and mycoworkers have a set lunch time. I was late, and when I arrived, we discovered that we were shorted a sub. (It was a largeorder, and I didn't have time to count everything. Firehouse, please don't take online orders if you can't fulfill them in atimely manner. I would have gone somewhere else and come back to you another time. Now I am leery of placing another onlineorder because of this bad experience."
