"I have always enjoyed eating at Tony Nelson's, but today was a different experience. When I called to place a take-out order around 1 p.m., the person who answered the phone was very rude. Despite the loud background noise, I attempted to place my order for an original cheesesteak without onions. The person on the phone interrupted me several times, eventually telling me to wait while her computer loaded. After quickly taking the rest of my order, she abruptly ended the call before I could specify my cheese preference. When my order arrived, it was missing peppers and cheese. Overall, this experience was disappointing and I am unsure if I will order from Tony Nelson's again."
