"Worst service possible. We were the 3rd vehicle in line, ordered 2 custard twists. 20 minutes later, several orders after ours were served, My husband went to ask for a refund. Our custard, as well as the car next to ours were served to us already melting. It is not hot today, thus it wouldn't melt instantly. The 2 custards were both supposed to be mediums, however 1 was more like a small and the other closer to a large. I could understand if they were busy, but they just did horrible by their customers in general"
