"Sweet Frog is our favorite spot for frozen yogurt, especially for those looking for low fat, nonfat, and no sugar added options. They have a wide variety of toppings to choose from. If the weather is nice, we like to sit outside, but there is plenty of seating inside as well."

"My experience at Sweet Frog was decent. The prices were slightly higher than I expected. As a first-time visitor, I found the staff didn't explain the process very clearly, which resulted in me spending more than I intended. That said, the yogurt and toppings were excellent. I did feel a bit lost without a clear understanding of how everything worked at Sweet Frog, but the overall quality of the product was impressive. There was a great selection of toppings and yogurt flavors, and I appreciated the opportunity to take my time and customize my creation exactly to my liking."

"We really love this place and visit every month. However, I have to admit I was disappointed during our last visit. The drinking fountain was broken, so they asked us to pay $1 for water. Additionally, the hand-drying towels were out in the restroom, and the soap dispenser was empty. They placed a bottle of hand soap on the sink, but that also ran out. Someone even added water to the bottle to try to squeeze out a little more. These are simple issues that could and should be addressed. Usually, we don't encounter any problems at this location, so I hope this visit was just an isolated incident."

"I decided on a medium cup of cookies and cream soft serve topped with chopped Twix bars and plain m&ms, which cost me $7.87. Although I could have purchased a quart of Lowes Food brand Cookies and Cream for $2.99 to $3.99, along with a Twix bar and a personal serving of m&ms for around $3, I enjoyed the experience and didn't have to worry about doing dishes. My cousin indulged in a mix of various toppings (a sugar overload), while his wife opted for vanilla and the five-year-old chose plain strawberry. Everyone left satisfied and happy with their treats. This is a special indulgence for me, but next time I plan to try the no-sugar-added cheesecake flavor with peach (ice cream or yogurt)."

"The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is both convenient and charming. The flavors are fantastic, with most options being gluten-free and some milk-free as well. "My daughter really enjoyed it! We went during a Pathfinder trip, and the kids had a blast on the tour, where they even got to do some coloring. Afterward, we treated ourselves to some delicious yogurt. We also grabbed two really sweet teas. It was our first time there, and we absolutely plan to come back soon with the entire family!"

"I had not been here since COVID. They require that you use hand sanitizer before serving your own frozen yogurt. There is a shield over the toppings, and an employee gives toppings. I was impressed that they offered to get any topping from the backwhen I mentioned food allergies so no risk of cross-contamination). We enjoyed the selection of flavors. There was even a dairyfree flavor, and several marked gluten-free. There were 2 downsides to our experience- 1) it's a bit pricey just for frozenyogurt $10 for 2 smalls, not even filled up. 1 had no toppings, and 1 had 1 topping). 2)there was a panhandler right at thedoor of the store"

"I enjoyed going in there to get some frozen yogurt for the first time. The only issue I have is how expensive the yogurt is! I got a small cup with not much yogurt and a few toppings and the total was $11!!! Thats insane. I almost didn?t buy it because of the price. I could go to Bruster's and get a quart of ice cream for the same price. I could even go to Publix and get 2 quarts for $10. I definitely won?t be coming back sadly?"

"With twelve to fourteen different flavors on the menu, there’s always something to satisfy your cravings at Sweet Frog. The restaurant maintains a relaxed atmosphere, never feeling overcrowded, and it's perfect for families. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly; I even saw them engaging in an adorable contest to see who could create the prettiest whipped cream. Our ice cream was delicious! My personal favorite is the cheesecake flavor, but honestly, all of them are quite tasty. Whenever we’re in the area, Sweet Frog is a must-visit. It’s definitely one of the best ice cream spots around!"

"This location seems to struggle to keep the place clean. Lots of white and bright colors also means lots of very easy to see, sticky spills and left behind plastic ware. There?s almost always two or three yogurt machines out of order, and although they provide plastic gloves, I?ve never seen anyone use them when picking out toppings. Obviously I love frozen yogurt and Sweet Frog, but this location has its drawbacks. Froyo is still delicious but I?ll probably frequent another location from now on."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing so many good things about it. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I walked in, there were no staff members in sight, and the trash bins were overflowing. Out of the 15 flavors available, only one was operational—peanut butter— which I couldn't try due to my allergy. My friend sampled some, but the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. When we were ready to pay, a teenager appeared at the cash register, but shortly after, she disappeared to the back and was on her phone."
