"This will be the last time I visit this restaurant. I expected a caprese sub with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and pesto, along with some added bacon. Instead, I received a sub drenched in pesto sauce, filled with lettuce, just two slices of tomato, no fresh basil, and some subpar sliced mozzarella—definitely not fresh mozzarella. Oh, and just one slice of bacon, which I’m glad I added because it was the only decent part of the meal. This experience was truly disappointing. I didn't order a lettuce and pesto soup, and since I dislike lettuce, it completely ruined my dinner. After picking out the lettuce, there was hardly anything left to eat. Clearly, there’s zero quality control and no standards here."
