"Eventually, I drove back at 12:30 AM. They gave me the correct order but told me I needed to confirm with the management first. The girl at the counter mentioned she would have to check with her team. When I picked up my new order and mentioned I shouldn’t have to pay for it since I had already paid for the wrong meal, one of the staff members cursed under his breath in front of other customers. Out of frustration, he pulled a wad of cash from his pocket, dropped a $20 bill on the counter, and told me to have a nice day.
This was incredibly disrespectful and disappointing. It felt like my concerns as a paying customer were completely disregarded. Despite the popularity of this restaurant, they need to treat all customers with respect and care. I've had issues before, such as receiving sausage instead of bacon (which I don't eat), pancakes instead of French toast, and a frittata instead of stuffing. I understand mistakes happen, especially when they’re busy, but this experience has left me unwilling to return. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore."
