"I was warmly welcomed by Fernando, the host, and my server Angela was friendly and charming. El Potro has been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants for many years. It features cozy private booths and has a pleasant ambiance with Mexican music playing in the background. The buffet is available on Fridays from 11 AM to 9 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 3 PM. The food is consistently delicious, offering authentic Mexican dishes. I ordered the Texan Fajitas, which included a delightful mix of chicken, beef, and shrimp, served with my choice of flour or corn tortillas. Angela also recommended the frozen mango margarita, which was fantastic. The restaurant truly captures the essence of a traditional Mexican dining experience, setting itself apart from larger chain establishments. Overall, it was a wonderful meal and experience.
