"When we arrived, the waitress was rather rude and appeared unfriendly. I understand it was busy, but that shouldn't excuse her attitude. After waiting over an hour for our meals, we finally received our food—only to find that all the sides we were looking forward to were missing. This has happened to us before when we’ve ordered meals for guests. Some might think it's not a big deal, but if I wanted just a piece of meat with deep-fried beans and fries, I would have ordered a simple hamburger instead.
At this point, I think I'll be taking a break from dining at Buckhorn. It seems that when they're busy, customers don't matter, but when they're slow, they do."
