"This restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes at more affordable prices compared to most places in Alaska, and it features a spacious seating area. The menu has a fun vibe reminiscent of the Black Bear Diner. They offer some unique items, such as reindeer sausage jalapeño poppers, which were a hit at our table—even with those who usually don't enjoy jalapeños. The Impossible burger was an excellent choice, and I appreciated the option to have burgers wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. They also offer a decent side salad if you prefer that over fries.
The full rack of ribs was quite substantial (note to self); I ordered them dry rubbed instead of sauced, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to have any seasoning. That was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, the nachos were massive, loaded, and delicious. We also tried the bone-in chicken wings, which were good. The service was quick and friendly, and the restrooms were very clean and modern. I would definitely come back!"
