"I ate here for the first time yesterday. I usually eat Kabuki or Sushi Yoko but both were closed. I was surprised with this restaurant’s display and professionalism up until tonight (literally the next night). There’s a piece of straight dark hair sticking out of my sushi and I didn’t notice this until just now. CLEARLY there’s no way this hair could be mine. There’s a white ball at the end of the strand which leaves me to believe that this was snatched out of hair or dead hair that fell out. However, based off of how the hair is placed and sticking out, it looks intentional. I don’t know if these employees hate their jobs or they’re familiar with the fact that I’ve ordered at the same time, two nights in a row but this is not a good look. Especially for a family owned business. I will be getting a refund and be lucky that I won’t sue. However, if I get sick within 48 hours, you will be hearing from me and the police."
