"We had a disappointing experience at this location. First of all, the boba was undercooked; it remained a bit hard in the center, which was our first letdown. Additionally, as mentioned in another review, the cleanliness of the restroom needs significant improvement. We visited around 1:30 PM on a weekend, and considering they opened at 11 AM, it’s hard to believe that the restroom was properly cleaned and the trash emptied the night before. The trash can was overflowing, and the toilet seat had numerous stains. Furthermore, several tables and chairs in the seating area could use some cleaning as well. We hope to see enhancements in both service and drink quality in the future."
