"We have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Have had excellent servers over the years but something has changed...in a bad way. I love the remodeling, all the improvements are wonderful, even saw a robot delivering sushi. .amazing! However the last few months it has gotten horrible. I have eaten at the location with terrible service and have placed carry out orders with that exact same service. I noticed all the familiar servers are gone and 1 main clueless woman running around not knowing the menu and being extremely rude for no reason. I am understanding that she doesn't speak English but she sure sounds very fluent. She clearly doesn't know the menu and should learn it. Also passive aggressive guest service is easily spotted by a person in the same type of guest service. However, I am a customer so simply be nice, I am when you visit my location and tip nothing but eat for free."
