"The customer service here is incredibly disappointing. I visited during a typical weekday lunch, ordered from the lunch menu, and ended up being charged for a dinner portion, which I don’t believe it was. When I addressed this issue, I was told that since I had eaten the meal, there was nothing that could be done—essentially blaming me for consuming what they had brought to my table without clarification. I am completely disheartened and would never recommend this place to my friends. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with new staff, but I find it unacceptable that the customer should have to pay for their error. To me, good service is all about having the right attitude and knowing how to handle mistakes gracefully. By that standard, Little Tokyo falls far short."
