"I've been to Dough multiple times and have always enjoyed the food and service. On Friday, November 11th, I was off work and my husband and I were craving burgers and fries. I checked their website, thinking they might be closed for Veteran's Day, but it said they were open. I went ahead and placed an order and even got charged on my credit card! I received a text confirmation saying the food was ready, so I walked 12 minutes to pick it up, only to find them closed! It was so frustrating! I understand if they chose to close for Veteran's Day, but their website didn’t reflect that, and their online ordering system was still accepting orders. To make matters worse, my husband was charged for the entire order that we never received! This has been very disappointing, and now we have to dispute the charge with our credit card company. What a hassle!"
