When I saw the restaurant online, I didn't know it was in a hotel. when entering the hotel canopy, I was greeted by a warm and cozy ambiente that immediately wanted to return with my friends, if not for drinks at the fireplace, then drinks at the spacious bar. even if they are very new, the personal was informative and sensitive. the recommendations of our server, carlton were on the spot and I am happy to see him again when I return. I ordered a drink from the cocktail menu and it was heavenly. the wings and the short ribs were great. my friend and I commented that this place has all the right pairings to be a star restaurant, but that we hope they never lose their chef! I'm looking forward to rolling out the brunch!"
