"DISAPPOINTED! My family have been supporting their business for years. But today I was so upset. I called to order a milk tea and a popcorn chicken for my lunch. I came in to pick up and the lady behind the counter told me there was no such order under my name. Without asking her coworkers, she acted like I was crazy. And I told her I just called. And one of the staff said that he forgot to put the order in! Like really? What’s the point of asking me about toppings, sugar level, spicy level if you’re not gonna put the order in? I just had 30’ for lunch and I had to place a new order and waited for 10-15’. There goes my lunch time. They’re so unprofessional and irresponsible.I’m writing this review hoping the owners would train their staffs better so that they could keep up with other boba places in the area. The teahouse near HEB offers way better services with the same price and quality."

"My family and I LOVE Ryan's Bagels and can't stop going here. The bagels are amazing, owners/employee and super friendly, and the food is fresh and inexpensive. We love their bagels, bagel sandwiches, and bobas (their coffee drinks are also super delicious! . Can't say enough good things about Ryan's Bagels. We highly recommend it! It's a local small business we love supporting! My husband is super picky when it comes to pastrami and said their pastrami is absolutely amazing! They have lots of vegetarian options, tons of free parking, is clean, and very kid friendly! Parking: Huge parking lot it's in a Smith's parking lot Kid friendliness: Our 5 year old loves this place! Very kid friendly."

"Do not go to this Chinese restaurant ???????? the food sucks and the Owner/Manager is REALLY Rude. I will never go back there, ever, even if it is for free. The Rice was hard, way to much sauce in the shrimp dish, and you pay to much for the amount thatthey serve. The Owner/Manager did not want to do anything for us and said to bad you have to pay. Long story short he came afterus after we paid and told Nate I never come back and you guys were trying to get a free meal . I reminded him that we werewilling to pay half of the meal but he keep on with his rudness. Anyway Do Not Go there? ???????? Part II Responding: How can acustomer be the worst when You the Owner/ Manager kept coming outside saying rude things to us. You didn 't even want toreplace a meal that was not editable! To end it all viewers, I really should had walked out and not paid (for the Bad food andand the Rudeness from the Owner/ Manager). Trust and believe Carma will catch up to him. He really had no shame. And he stillgoes on People read and Discern what kind of person this Man is. I and anyone that comes across his path can Only Pray forhis Soul????"

"There is a reason why this restaurant is highly rated. The food quality, service, and price are all top-notch. This place is a hidden gem in the Valley, and we should all appreciate how fortunate we are to have such an amazing culinary experience nearby. You can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients right away. The exceptional service adds to the overall experience.
