"Before this visit, the sandwiches were amazing! It was just an 18-minute walk to get there, but I ended up waiting for 16 minutes for my order. There was no greeting, no line, nothing at all. There were three people behind the counter, and it seemed like they were all focused on making just one sandwich. No one acknowledged my presence or said, "We'll be right with you." I even went to the restroom to wash my hands and left my daughter behind in case they took our order while I was away. The service was absolutely nonexistent! I will NOT be coming back. We ended up leaving."
