I ordered a Steak and Chesse Calzone it had no cheese on it the steak was just in the bread and then I delivered buffalo wings and I asked him was it fresh they was not fresh and then they didn’t give me a side of blue cheese or any type of dressing. Let me not leave out they didn’t get my order right food came cold. Never again!!!!!"

"Every time I visit, she gives me a menacing glare and speaks to me rudely. I can't continue to support a place where I feel threatened, especially since Soulvakis used to be such a welcoming environment during my childhood. It’s disappointing to see how things have changed. I’m only 23 years old, but I remember the warmth and friendliness of the staff from my visits in the past, even towards my family. Until this issue is resolved, I will be declining all deliveries and orders from Soulvakis. I just want to feel comfortable when I go out to eat. "

"Air conditioning was not working. Sodas tasted off. Server assured me that there was plenty of syrup in the mix. Not sure if they have trouble keeping their system clean or the water was bad. Waiter was new and did not know the menu very well. Was charged an additional $3 for a “split plate“ and was not informed of the charge. We did not request the plate get split, which it did not, it was served on one single platter. Meal was three different types of pastas. There was only three pieces on the plate and we each got 2 bites of each. Manager tried to justify saying that it was a “bigger plate“ even though the serving size was the same. $3 charge was eventually removed by the manager. I’ve never really been impressed by this restaurant and this last visit was probably our final time dining."

Confusing that the bill said Annabellas when it was ordered from Franks. Might be a Door Dash issue rather than the restaurant itself. Wed order again."
