"The dining experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was very loud and it took an hour just to place our order. We ended up being there for 2.5 hours and had to complain loudly to get any kind of service. Despite having reservations and celebrating a special event, the restaurant did not offer any kind of consolation. People came and went around us while all we received was bread, which we had to ask for multiple times and cause a scene to finally receive. We were so hungry that we ate the entire basket of crackers before our food arrived, causing my autistic child to start acting out. Although my family had enjoyed the restaurant before, this was my first experience and I doubt any of us will be returning. The food was mediocre at best, maybe our frustration played a part, but I have definitely had better dining experiences elsewhere."
