I 've not hadthis kind of experience and level of service anywhere that I can recollect and I 'm a major foodie and harsh critic of finedining and restaurants. My wife and I dine out regularly, weekly, as we 've worked very hard to earn the ability and privilegeto do so. So I don 't take spending my money lightly. $50 is an expensive meal, but that includes the 18%service fee they includewhich at this level of service is more than well deserved and earned. I cannot proclaim enough how truly awesome this was. Ifyou 're looking for that special fine dining experience, do yourself the favor and come here, trust me you will not bedissatisfied. The showmanship from the chef is just the right amount without that hovering feeling. He prepared everything inthis meticulous manner that ensures each item will be cooked to exact specification. It 's fun to watch him compartmentalize theitems and move between them while giving the fun anecdotal joke and making a show of it. Also, you really should try some oftheir Saki options, the Yuzu and Cucumber saki are to die for in the summer heat!
