On multiple occasions, my mother and her colleagues were quoted one price for their lunch order but were charged a higher amount. The restaurant does not provide a receipt or require a signature for transactions. When this discrepancy was brought to the attention of the staff, they requested 2 days to resolve the issue. Despite a $1 adjustment being made, the final charge still exceeded the correct amount. I recommend that anyone dining at this establishment carefully monitor their account statements."
