The food is decent, not particularly *special*, but the chips are good and nothing was disappointing (the fajitas could do with more seasoning and the cheese dip is a little thin, but the shrimp was good . Prices are decent too, especially with unlimited chips refills. Better than any of the chain choices nearby! There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon and service was pretty good. There's a couple different lunch options with eggs if you feel like brunch. The fifth star is for location, location, location El Tio is steps away from the Electrify America stations in the parking lot, which itself is very close to several hotels. That makes it a perfect stop for out of town drivers filling up, even if (like me you need to step out mid meal and move your car because it charges so fast.
