"We have been loyal customers of Yuan Su for many years. One thing to note is that the menu has changed every year, resulting in at least a 5% increase in prices over the past 5 years. This has affected the quantity of food we receive and the prices are now higher compared to other places that offer organic meals. It would be helpful if they indicated which dishes are deep fried and which are not. Some vegetable dishes are primarily celery or poorly cooked mushrooms. The dumplings are poorly made and not worth the price, honestly even less than half of what they charge. If you are able to navigate the menu carefully, you can still have a satisfying meal. I appreciate and enjoy their dinners, although they have become more expensive. Overall, I believe the staff is doing their best and have good intentions. There have been some issues noticed, such as the lids being left open. I have some doubts about their cleanliness procedures. We have now started to visit less frequently and have noticed that some dishes can be overly fried with an excessive amount of celery for a higher price. However, this is less of a problem now compared to before. It feels like hit or miss when it comes to the quality of the food, whereas in the past it was more consistent. Our last meal was very greasy, whereas it was not as oily during our previous visit."
