"I had a very disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant and I won’t be returning. While I’m not one to complain about race, I found the young white woman working there to be quite rude. The line was long, and since I didn’t have much time during my lunch break, I decided to approach the walk-up window. The woman shouted at me, saying, "THE DRIVE WALK UP WINDOW IS CLOSED!" She then insisted that I get in line like everyone else and slammed the window shut with such force that I thought it might break. There was no sign indicating that the walk-up window was unavailable, and I frequent this place almost daily without issue.
I then tried to call and speak with a manager, but the same woman answered and yelled at me as if I were a child. She cursed at me and hung up the phone. There’s no corporate office to report this kind of behavior, which makes it even more frustrating. To top it off, I discovered some sort of plastic mixed in with my fries. If you value your health and sanity, I strongly advise against eating at Chubby’s. The service was absolutely terrible!"
