"So- so place in my opinion. Not the best Italian I 've ever had. I ordered the build your own of angel hair pasta, rose sauce and sausage and a side of sauteed spinach. My meal did not come with salad included. Also the server got my order wrong altogether, so my dining companions had their salads, and bread sticks well before my food arrived. When it arrived it was in a small bowl with about 5 small curled up sausage coins on top. Microwaved?? The pasta was way overcooked and gummy. The sauce however was pretty good. The spinach was very oily, and had nice chunks of raw garlic. I would have expected the garlic to have been sauteed as well, as I 've had at Plaza III in Kansas city and other restaurants. I live in Saint Louis and we have The Hill with some very fine Italian restaurants that are at the top of their game. I was sadly disappointed in Lydia 's."
