"We used to brag about this place, recommend them to friends, etc. They have gone from excellent, to bad, to abysmal and tonight will be the last time we eat there. They used to have fresh ingredients, good bread, and great customer service. All that is gone. Their service and food have progressively gotten worse, but this is the last straw. Tonight I came to pick up an order, and was told by the greeter that they couldn't ring me up because they did know how to work that (waives hands around at the register). They then go to the prep line, 10 steps away, and joins the banter going on. I see my pizza sitting on top of the oven. It has my name on it. Nobody asked my name, why I was there, or if they could help me. I walk over and stand in front of the prep line, glancing at the workers and back up at my pizza. I can't get a word in, they are having a great conversation. They finish one item, I figure they would address me, they don't, and they continue on their prep of other items. They do actually look at me, but then turn away. Finally I had to ask if anyone is going to give me my pizza. I've been standing there trying to get their attention for 10 minuets, waiting in front of their view only to have them look at me and turn away while endlessly talking between themselves. Customer service is horrible. I finally get the pizza home almost an hour later, after being told it would be done in 25 minutes, and it was disgusting. A greasy, thin, wet sopping layer of dough topped with a quarter inch of white rubber and covered in grease. I ate a piece but probably shouldn't have. It was absolutely disgusting. We will never be back and will actively dissuade our friends from going there."
