"A casual inviting place near the University of Greensburg Pa campus. A no hassle atmosphere, efficient service, and quality food items. My wife and I were first-timers there and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food items. The wait staff were in the area all the time of our visit. I've been to many non affiliated restaurants where the wait staff hide in the kitchen area so as not to move too much."

"I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant. Not only did the manager yell at me, but he also told me to go somewhere else because all his employees were busy serving other customers, leaving the line in the subway waiting for a long time. When I asked why all the employees were busy, he rudely told me they were all working and nobody was visiting the subway business. There was no excuse for his offensive behavior. Overall, my meal was not enjoyable because of this manager named Nick."

"The owner is quite frugal and frequently discusses ways to cut costs, to the extent that they slice vegetables so thinly they’re nearly transparent! When it comes to making sandwiches, it feels like they’re shortchanging the ingredients and even keeping track of what goes in. Furthermore, the owner is rather stingy and has decided against offering military or student discounts, which is puzzling given their proximity to a college! This policy feels unpatriotic and somewhat un-American for a Subway. We should definitely speak up about this! Hey owners, it’s important to recognize that military and student discounts are a part of the American experience."

"If I could give no stars I would. I’m starting to think they have a issue with colored people at this point. I work in the area and come in after my shifts for ice, I make sure to bring me own cup because a worker told me that if I wanted ice I have to pay for their cup which is almost $4 for something that turns into water. For the past 4 days I’ve came in no asked the person behind the counter if I could get ice they said yes every time. Tonight though I had a employee turn the entire drink machine off while I was getting ice. I asked him was there something wrong and he said I could get water and I stated that technically I am it’s just ice and he told me that the ice is for the drinks that people pay for only. For this to just be ice I’m never standing there getting free drinks I am honestly just getting ice. And there’s been a few times I’ve bought something and stood inside WITH my food to wait on my bus and was told that I couldn’t stand inside and they would call the cops. This is ridiculous I did nothing to deserve the disrespectful attitude that I get every time I step foot inside the store, and I will be taking this to someone."

"This subway is just another location in a franchise you know and love. As such, there is no real killer function that distinguishes it from the rest. It is convenient in Upland Square shopping center near Giant, Bed, Bath and Beyond, AMC Theater and Target. In the subway you know what you expect on the menu and know what types of prices you see 'll. A great location to stop when you're in the mood for subway fare, and a short walk to Kiwi for a frozen yogurt dessert when that's your type of thing, or several big shops when you're in a shopping mood."
