"I want to start by saying that the pizza here has fantastic flavor! The sauce is definitely savory, which suits my taste much better than the odd choice of sweet pizza sauce. The New York-style pizza features a thin and crispy crust, making for an overall delicious pie! My only concern is the use of a lower-grade mozzarella cheese. I've noticed that after the pizza sits for 10 to 15 minutes and the cheese cools, it quickly becomes rubbery in texture. High-quality mozzarella should remain stringy and gooey even after reheating at home. This is why I’m giving this place four stars. If they upgraded to a better cheese, I would gladly give them the fifth star. To the owners, please consider using premium mozzarella, as we’re paying premium prices for the pizza. We would hate to stop visiting because of this issue. On a positive note, the salads here are excellent and come in generous portions. I particularly enjoy the Gyro and the bacon chicken avocado salad. The service is satisfactory. If Kings starts using a better cheese, I will happily give them the fifth star they truly deserve!"
