"My husband and I first discovered Ziggi's way back in the day when they were in downtown Longmont. We were dating and would meet there to study. Their hot chocolate is to die for!! Fast forward and we move close to this one. Yay!!! Hadn't been close to one in years. In the move our coffee machine broke, no worries I'll go to Ziggi's. NOPE!!! These girls are rude, ALWAYS rude!! I've been multiple times and have not had one nice interaction with any of them. It's like they hate working there or something. SEVERAL times they are out of coffee!!?? What? How? They don't keep up on brewing coffee. I do not like dark roast, so always ask for medium and in several occasions they have told me they are out and if I'd like to wait they will brew some. Shouldn't that just be checked on and a new batch brewed when the other one is getting low? And it's not like I am coming at 4 in the afternoon. At 7:30 in the morning!!! So skip this Ziggi's and head across the street to Starbucks (which I don't like endorsing) but at least you'll get coffee with a nice friendly smile and conversation."
