"I've had around 30-40 bowls of pho each year and rarely return to the same place twice, but here I am for the third time. I ordered a large bowl of pho with beef and round noodles from the menu. The beef arrived perfectly pink, and the broth is simply amazing. It has a depth of flavor that surpasses any other pho I've had in the greater Portland area. I wouldn’t describe it as oily, but it shimmers with just the right amount of oil to coat the palate beautifully. Their homemade chili oil is a fantastic addition. The portion size is impressive for a bowl under $15. I can't speak to the rest of the menu since I also tried their fresh spring rolls, which were excellent, paired with a wonderful peanut sauce. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a generous bowl of pho—it's definitely worth the trip!"
