"I've been to this location before and the food has usually been pretty decent. I went here today, and many of the menu items had changed. They had a deal for buy one get one free bowls, and my boyfriend and I were so excited to be able to try two different bowls. He also wanted to try some buñuelos. Our food came out pretty quickly, but when we got home we realized that we got our bowls but did not receive the buñuelos. So disappointing. It was also around 8pm, so I'm going to assume that staff was tired because the cashier didn't appear to have the best attitude. The restaurant was also empty so not sure why we didn't get all our food. The bowls were also disappointing. Our Cali bowl was so dry, the cauliflower rice was over cooked. The sauce was on top and nowhere else to be found inside the bowl. Our other bowl had some wild rice, but the smell was awful. That bowl was also dry. The only positive of the second bowl was the soy sesame chicken. This was the worst experience I've had at this location til date. Not sure if I'll be back."
