"We had confirmed reservations for 6:45 PM on Friday. When we arrived and checked in, they did not have our reservation on file. After a few minutes, it was suggested that it may have been printed on a printer in the back room, but they did not have time to check. The previous 1-star reviews in each category were only entered to reach the minimum for commenting. My suggestion would be to not rely on OpenTable for reservations at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the quality of the food or service."
